Social Media Manager & Content Creator (80-100%)

• Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and social ads
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Plan and execute content shoots (product, lifestyle, behind the scenes)
• Edit content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom or similar

• Manage ALEMI's Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest accounts
• Plan and schedule posts
• Develop creative content formats and series
• Analyse performance and optimize content

• Analyse content performance and platform insights
• Identify what works and why to continuously improve content
• Help shape AMELI’s social media strategy and growth
• Track relevant trends, formats and platform developments
• Work with the marketing team to test and iterate content ideas

• Translate the ALEMIs brand world into compelling stories
• Work closely with the founders on campaign launches, product drops and brand moments
• Support with community engagement

• Create content for product launches and collaborations
• Help create viral brand moments

You likely have:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
• A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and brand consistency
• Experience creating short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• A good understanding of social media platforms, trends and algorithms
• Experience analysing content performance and social media insights
• The ability to turn trends into on-brand content ideas
• A hands-on mentality — you are comfortable filming, editing and producing content yourself
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns
• Fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
