- Enthusiasm for sales and a helpful, customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and a positive presence
- Interest in fashion, especially in high-quality leather goods and handbags
- Flexibility regarding working hours and areas of responsibility
- Team spirit and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Well-groomed appearance and a confident, professional demeanor
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

Working hours can be arranged flexibly but are aligned with the store’s opening hours. Occasionally, shifts in the evening (until approx. 8 PM) or on other weekend days may be required.
