As our Influencer & PR Manager, you'll own the two channels that shape how ALEMI is talked about: our creator partnerships and our press presence. You'll build a creator program that goes beyond one-off collaborations, and you'll open doors for us in the DACH media landscape. A role at the intersection of relationships, storytelling, and brand building - with a lot of room to shape it yourself. One thing upfront, because it shapes the whole job: we don't do discounts. More on that below.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Influencer & Creator Marketing (your main focus)
- Identify creators who genuinely fit ALEMI's values, aesthetic, and audience - and own outreach, briefings, and day-to-day communication.
- Negotiate partnerships and buyouts, coordinate content delivery, approvals, and timelines.
- Evaluate content for both quality and performance, and manage its strategic usage across our channels.
- Build and maintain a structured Creator CRM with clear performance tracking - so we know which relationships actually pay off.
- Develop our community-led programs: gifting and seeding, testimonials, ambassador and affiliate structures.
- Report on results with clear KPIs and concrete optimisation ideas, in close exchange with our Performance Marketing Lead.
- Build and maintain our press network in the DACH region — with a focus on fashion, business, and lifestyle media
- Pitch stories that are worth telling: brand and founder stories, product launches, our Italian manufacturing, our stance on equality.
- Write and place press releases, prepare interviews, and handle incoming press requests.
- Put together and send press packages and seedings, and keep track of what goes where.
- Track coverage and share what resonated, where, and why.
- Plan and host press and creator events - from small editor breakfasts to launch evenings.
- Represent ALEMI at industry events, press appointments, and creator meetings.
- Coordinate the practical side: product handovers, loans and returns, samples for shoots.
- Bring the local perspective back into the team: what's happening in the market, who we should know.
